Orders placed through Red-tail Land Conservancy’s online store are processed through a third-party print-on-demand service. This means each order is processed independently through a third-party manufacturer. Red-tail Land Conservancy does not keep any item in stock. This means ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If a product you received is defective or misprinted, it will be replaced at no additional cost if reported to Red-tail Land Conservancy within 30 days of product delivery. Reporting an issue must be done via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and contain the following information:
- Order number
- Name of the product (if there are multiple items in the order)
- Detailed description of the issue with the product
- Two (2) photos that clearly show the issue
Replacement orders will be sent to the same shipping address as originally listed on the order. Processing a replacement order may take up to 10 business days.

This reduces waste by only printing items that are ordered instead of creating products and holding them in storage under the assumption they may be purchased in the future. Though orders are placed through one website, print-on-demand means the potential for different products to be made by different manufacturers. Each manufacturer sets their own shipping costs and timelines. Because of this, you may receive each item from your order separately.
Because of COVID-19, holiday demands, and supply issues in the United States, production may be delayed and shipping costs may temporarily increase.
